Terms and Conditions for VPass by Guanacaste Airport

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of VPass, provided by Guanacaste Airport. By accessing or using VPass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use VPass.

1. Use of Service:

• VPass is intended for personal use only. You agree not to use VPass for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from Guanacaste Airport.

2. User Account:

• You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of VPass. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content:

• By using VPass, you may submit content such as comments, reviews, or suggestions. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but by posting it on VPass, you grant Guanacaste Airport a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.

4. Prohibited Activities:

• You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using VPass:
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of VPass or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to VPass.

5. Intellectual Property:

• VPass and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Guanacaste Airport and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• In no event shall Guanacaste Airport be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of VPass.

7. Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify and hold Guanacaste Airport harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of VPass or any violation of these Terms.
